Refund & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit only.

You have 7 DAYS from the delivery date to return merchandise with a tracking number. A store credit will ONLY be issued if the merchandise is returned in it's original condition and unworn. We do not provide refunds.

All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.  

Please note: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs including returns for store credit.

We are NOT responsible for lost packages with a Delivered status. You must contact your local post office if your package has a delivered status on the website if you have not received it.  Knotted only provides tracking numbers if the costumer request it upon purchase.
